Disconnect to reconnect and donate to the Bruce Trail Conservancy
Everyone of us has been impacted by COVID-19 in some shape or form. It has changed the way we live our day to day.
This is a great time for all us to take a step back, reevaluate how we live our lives and spend more time to focus on our well-being. Nature, getting fit and eating well can contribute a large amount to that.
Use this time to work on yourself. Treat your body and mind as an asset and do some maintenance on it as you would on a car.
It’s important to get out and enjoy the fresh air – it doesn’t have to be running. Whether it be yoga, a light jog or an intense workout, we can always step away and focus on ourselves.
